One great option for a quick and healthy snack is some garlic kale chips, with just some olive oil, garlic, and salt you can bake deliciously healthy kale chips in about 5 minutes in the oven. These are a great alternative to the not-so-healthy potato chip, for a light and guilt-free snack. Tip: Buy organic kale, as MSG is sprayed on many plants during their growth so the MSG is actually in the plant and you cannot wash it off according to Dr. Katherine Reid. If you’re vegan, baked kale chips sprinkled with cashew cheese is awesome.
